  • Fill out the Questionary about your goals, lifestyle, training hours, equipment…
  • I’ll contact you via email or whatsapp and send you an invoice, if I decide we are a good fit to train together.
  • You can request a Demo Session.
  • After completed payment I will check your fitness level ….
  • After seeing your current level, I will design a custom 4-week program (no cookie cutter, each program is individually designed)
  • During online coaching we communicate via whatsapp, where you can send me videos of your exercises and ask me anything. I am here to help you.
  • Program is adapted if needed. After 4 weeks a new program is designed.
